Return Eligibility

Return Conditions

To qualify for a full refund, returned products must be in unused, original condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Products damaged due to improper personal use or man-made damage are not eligible for free return or refund.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and verified by our team, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method automatically.

Return & Refund Exclusions

All return shipping costs and related processing fees are borne by the customer unless the return is caused by our errors, including incorrect item delivery, defective products, or missing accessories. We reserve the right to reject unreasonable return requests that do not comply with this policy.
