Warranty Service Terms
During the warranty period, eligible defective products can enjoy free maintenance, replacement, or corresponding after-sales solutions as confirmed by our team. All warranty services only apply to normal household use, excluding commercial, industrial, or improper use scenarios.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by man-made factors, including improper operation, unauthorized disassembly and modification, water immersion, drop damage, external impact damage, and damage caused by non-compliant power supply use. Product wear and tear generated by normal long-term use is not included in the warranty scope.
Warranty Application
To apply for warranty service, customers need to provide valid order proof and describe the product failure situation in detail. Our team will verify the issue and provide corresponding after-sales solutions in accordance with the warranty policy.
Supplementary Provisions
All warranty services are limited to product after-sales processing. We will not bear additional indirect losses caused by product failures. We reserve the final right of interpretation of this warranty policy.
